1. Return Window

Customers may return eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. This policy does not affect statutory rights under Act 772, which entitle consumers to cancel an electronic transaction within 14 days nita.gov.gh.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

  1. Unused and original condition – The item must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition.
  2. Original packaging – All original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories must be intact. Any damaged packaging, missing parts or signs of use will disqualify the return.
  3. Original invoice – Customers must include the original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase we cannot process a return.
  4. Non‑returnable items – For hygiene or safety reasons certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal‑care products, intimate apparel or items marked “final sale”) are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Section 49 of the Electronic Transactions Act recognises exceptions for goods that cannot be returned or are perishable nita.gov.gh.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at (email / phone) within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, product details and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return shipping. Unless the item is defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the invoice. Items must be returned to the address we supply; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets the conditions above. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice, we will approve the return and issue a store credit. If the return does not meet our conditions, we will notify you and arrange to send the product back to you (shipping costs may apply).

5. Refund Method – Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash refunds, mobile‑money refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be refunded as store credit to your Xcedi account or via a digital voucher. The credit will equal the purchase price of the returned item (excluding shipping fees, which are non‑refundable) and can be used toward future purchases on Xcedi.com. Store credit is non‑transferable and expires 12 months from the date of issue.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as store credit, and we will cover return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped items.

8. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights

Under Section 47 of the Electronic Transactions Act, online suppliers must disclose their return, exchange and refund policy nita.gov.gh. Section 49 provides consumers with a 14‑day grace period to cancel a transaction and return goods nita.gov.gh. Xcedi’s 7‑day return window is a voluntary policy that does not waive any statutory rights. If we fail to provide the required pre‑contract information (e.g., our return policy), you may cancel the contract within 14 days and obtain a refund nita.gov.gh.
